It may be impossible to say what is and what is not art considering that
the right to self expression is one of the most dearly one of the most cherished and
protected human rights in America. For some self
described artist it is simply the right itself that justifies the
sometimes tasteless
expressions of rage and frustration that can give art a bad name
and perpetuate freakish stereotypes about artist.
